Pre-save checklist · seven useful questions

Sinabuy Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find

A row earns a place on your shortlist by answering practical questions. Count what it shows, not how confidently it is labeled.

Editorial field notes

Independent by design.sinabuy is an independent browsing guide for sinabuy spreadsheet users. It does not sell products, process orders, handle shipping, verify sellers, or represent sinabuy or Findsindex.

The seven-point checklist

  • The item belongs in the category I am browsing.
  • Photos show the details that matter for this product type.
  • Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed.
  • Price makes sense beside similar finds.
  • Shipping weight does not ruin the value.
  • The row is not just hype or a vague label.
  • I can explain why I would save this find.

Score your row

6–7

Strong candidate

Keep it on a small shortlist and verify the external details.

4–5

Research more

Name the missing evidence before you open more links.

2–3

Weak row

Do not let one good photo or a low price carry the entry.

0–1

Remove for now

There is not enough context to justify more attention.

QC photos by category

Useful sinabuy QC photos depend on the product. A quality check is more useful when the requested angles answer a category-specific question.

Shoes and sneakers

Look for both sides, heel, toe box, outsole, stitching close-ups, insole or size tag, and an angle that shows the overall shape.

Clothing

Look for front and back, fabric texture, seams, cuffs or hems, tags, print or embroidery detail, and measurements laid flat.

Bags and accessories

Look for interior, closures, hardware, corners, straps, material texture, dimensions, and a photo that establishes scale.

Watches and jewelry

Look for dial or setting details, clasp, side profile, dimensions, markings, and clear material claims that still require caution.

Good row example

Hoodie row: 6 points

Correct category, front and back photos, chest and length measurements, fabric weight context, price compared with two similar rows, and a clear Weidian source. The only missing detail is an estimate of packed shipping weight.

Weak row example

Sneaker row: 2 points

The item is in the right category and the price is visible, but there is only one angled image, no size guidance, no outsole or heel photo, no weight context, and no reason to choose it over nearby rows.

The one-sentence save rule

Save a row only when you can complete this sentence: “I am keeping this because the evidence shows…”

If your sentence ends with “it looks popular,” “it says best,” or “the price is low,” the row still needs work.

What to do next

If the score is strong, open the relevant category or the main Findsindex hub and compare the live destination yourself. External pages can change after this guide is published.
